Visit The ColuMn store!!!

I plan to post 6 more times this month, wrapping up a lot of loose ends.  You’ll have to indulge me for the next couple of weeks.  As we race rapidly towards the end of 2009, I’ll be posting some entries that might not be to everybody’s liking.  I’m hoping that they all are, but there are some things I want to get posted on the site before everything changes in 2010.  You see, I’m getting ready to take ColuMn in a new direction.

In 2010 there will only be 13 posts.  You read that right.  13 posts for the entire year.  Sure, that could change if something comes up that I feel compelled to write about, but right now the plan is to do one post per month (2 in October).

The reason is simple.  I’ve got a ton of other things that I want to work on.  I’ve got a novel that’s itching to get written and a couple of screenplays that I’ve put off for far too long.  I’ve tried to do everything at once and it just doesn’t work.  It may look like I spend about 3 minutes on each post, but even the easy ones take a few hours.  There just isn’t time for anything else.

But that’s still a couple of weeks away.  Between now and then I’ve got a new post every other day coming your way.  It’s going to be sort of an odd month for ColuMn, but hopefully you’ll find something you like and keep coming back for more, even as we enter a new phase.

Let me know what you think in the comments.  Comments are the one thing sorely lacking around here.  I know somebody’s reading this crap.
